Criminal Background Check Policy
Although the Preble County District Library does not act in loco parentis as schools do, our jobs involve so much contact with minors, it is our practice to do a background check all employees and volunteers who work in our library system.

If a candidates background check reveals any sexual misconduct and any felony criminal conduct they will be disqualified for employment. 11/2008
