COMPUTER PRINTOUTS

Regardless of whose paper is used and whether it is made for in-house use or to telefaxed to another location:

1. All black and white prints produced by or for patrons are $.15 a sheet.
2. All color prints produced by or for patrons are $.50 a sheet.

SCANNED IMAGES OR FILES:

1. All scanned images which result in black and white or color paper copies are charged at the same rates as shown above.
2. There is a 10 cent charge/page for any scanned images which are e-mailed elsewhere.

COPIES:

Photocopiers are available at the the Eaton Library and the Administrative Office.

A double-sided sheet would equate to 2 copies.

An 11 x 17 sheet would equate to 2 copies.

A double-sided 11x17 would equate to 4 copies.

1. All black and white paper copies are $.15 a scan (i.e. 1 side is $.15; 2 sides are $.30) regardless of whose paper is use. An 11x17 sheet would also be 2 copies. A double sides 11x17 would be 4 copies per sheet.
2. All black and white transparency copies are $.25 a sheet and must use transparency film available from the library.
3. An exception is allow for K-12 students who, during the school year, cannot find circulating materials on a topic and must resort to copying from non-circulating books.
4. All color paper copies are available at the following rate:
1. $.80 - for letter or legal single sided copies
2. $.70 - 100-499 copies
3. $.65 - 500-999 copies
4. $.60 - 1000-1999 copies
5. $.55 - 2000-3999 copies
6. $.50 - 4000+ copies

TRANSPARENCY COPIES:

All color transparency copies are $1.00 a sheet and must use transparency film available from the library.

MICROFILM COPIERS:

1. All paper copies are $.15 a scan in house or telefaxed to another location.
2. Bypass key will not be given out to individuals unless they are a representative of a designated organization.

EAR BUDS:

1. $1.00 FOR 1 SET OF EAR BUDS

ELLISON DIE CUTTER:

1. The Library is pleased to make our Ellison die cutter machine and dies available to our community educators.

   There is a $3.00 per use charge to help defray the cost of cutting pads, purchasing new dies and replacing worn dies. Library staff will record of payment through the cash register.

   Users must supply their own paper. We also request only 2 sheets are cut at a time. More than 2, especially with a worn pad, will result in a poor cut and prematurely dull a die.

   For security reasons, we ask that users leave any bags, cases or large purses on the Eaton Library office counter while in the office areas of the library.
