Library Services Preble County District Library Outreach Services The Preble County District Library Outreach Services is a sublending
agency for the State Library of Ohio's Talking Book Program. This
program provides FREE talking book machines, tapes, records and
Braille materials to qualified individuals. · legally blind
Applicants must be certified by a health care provider or other qualified
person.· visually disabled · physically disabled · reading disability Materials may be borrowed at no charge from the Cincinnati Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped. To supplement, over 2,000 books on tape (which will work with talking book machines) are also available at any Preble County District Library branch location.
